25 Feb Why We Are Not Typical Business Brokers, We’re Your Lasting and Reliable Allies
A typical business broker shows you around the kind of business you want to buy or find any buyer interested in purchasing your business. If you’re an investor looking for off-market deals, a typical broker goes out and dishes at you one deal after another, hoping you will invest in one of these and one of these days.
This is not how we work. We have these three unique characteristics you won’t find in many business brokerages:
1. We’re not transactional. We don’t chase commissions. Even if we may lose a commission, we ask you some questions to see if you have made the right choice. We don’t want you for your commission. We want to build lasting relationships based on what is best for you.
2. We’re not superficial. If you’re a seller or buyer, we give you thorough market and financial analysis to help you make informed decisions. If you’re an investor, we save you your scarce time, energy, and resources. Once we understand your criteria, we go out to find enough potential deals, conduct fundamental analyses, and present to you off-market deals in order of priority, giving you the explanation of why we chose the top three and leaving you to make the final decision.
3. We don’t abandon you after a transaction. Whether you buy, sell, or invest in a business, after helping you meet your initial goal, we stay behind to help you meet your next goals after closing. We’ll help you buy your next company if you just sold yours. If you just purchased a new business, we’ll help you stabilize and scale the company quickly, either to refinance, sell, or take it public, whatever your grand goal is.
