28 Feb Mastering The Art of Middle Leadership
I’m writing a trilogy on the theme “Leadership Transitions.” The first book (1 of 3) in this series aims at empowering 1st time supervisors, project managers, and team leaders to make a smooth transition and excel at their new leadership role from the get-go.
The book became Amazon’s #1 bestseller and garnered the support of influencers, leadership practitioners, and educators. I’m grateful for their support! Click here to learn more about the book…
I’m about to publish the second book (2 of 3) in the series that equips 1st time middle leaders to successfully transition from supervising a team or project into leading a portfolio or department consisting of multiple teams and projects. The book is jam-packed with the latest insights, frameworks, approaches, and strategies I’ve been sharing with my coachees and participants of our middle leadership program, one of which I’m scheduled to facilitate in 2 weeks.
If you’re a senior middle leader or executive, please get in touch with me offline and share some of the challenges you faced when transitioning into middle management. I’d also appreciate sharing a story, insight, tool, framework, model, approach, strategy, or tactic that made a difference when you were 1st promoted to middle leadership.
As soon as I get your input, I’ll incorporate them into the book’s relevant section (s). If you permit me, I’ll give you the credit and mention your name, title, and organization. If you prefer otherwise, I’ll use your info without identifying you or your organization.
If you’d like to support this project, please reach out offline, and I’ll:
1. Send you the book’s outline (2 of 3).
2. Give you the soft copy of book 1 of 3 in the series to say thank you so that you may share it with one of your 1st time mentees (supervisor, project manager, or team leader).
3. Will also share the soft copy of book 2 of 3 when it gets published.
4. Facilitate a quick webinar for your first-time leaders or support any other project you’re working on for which I’ve expertise or experience.
If you, for whatever reason, don’t want to participate, would you please forward my request to someone in your organization who may consider it?
Let’s chat over the phone or Zoom if you’ve any questions or need further explanation.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
