We all are products of our native cultures. Our personalities are molded, and our mentalities are shaped by our respective cultures.

Whether we’re aware of it or not, whether we would like to admit it or not, we’re blind loyal to our cultures.

Unfortunately, very few societies, organizations, and teams recognized the power of culture and leveraged the power of culture for their own advantage.
