Most of my trainings happen indoors – strategy rooms, conference halls, leadership retreats.
But last week in Miami, I had the opportunity to support a colleague during a highly interactive outdoor team experience… and it was a powerful reminder that growth does not have to happen under fluorescent lights.
Imagine building trust, strengthening communication, and sharpening teamwork while feeling the ocean breeze and hearing the waves in the background. Yes, you can build high performance and enjoy the beach at the same time.
Miami delivered both the energy and the environment.
