There is a consensus among leadership experts. Impactful leadership begins with self. A leader can ONLY lead others effectively if she/he leads themselves effectively.

The starting place to lead oneself is to increase one’s self-awareness. What we’re not aware of, we can’t manage, let alone lead.

One of the ways we advise our participants and coachees to increase their self-awareness is by taking assessments. For that matter, many of our workshops, cohort programs, and coaching require taking the appropriate assessments before the start of the programs.
