Bob Marley would have turned 80 years old today. His death at the age of 36 was tragic, premature, and heartbreaking. However, Bob was one of those souls who discovered their purpose and passion early in life.

He was a unique cultural icon, singer, and songwriter with a global influence transcending race and geography through his reggae music, conveying messages of peace, love, unity, and social justice! What a short but impactful life!

BTW, Bob Marley’s, a Rastafarian, last wish was to be buried in Ethiopia. His widow, Rita Marley, announced in 2005 to rebury him in Ethiopia, but this hasn’t been materialized yet. Will she fulfill his wish while she is still alive? We’ll see…

May we all discover and pursue our GRAND PURPOSE in life till the last breath as Bob did!
