If you invite me to help your team develop clear goals, I can do it in a few hours max. If your team has been struggling because of a lack of communication, miscommunications, or communication breakdowns, I can help you fix it within a day or two.

But, if there is a lack of or eroded trust, I may need weeks, if not months. Even then, there is no guarantee that your team will be able to generate or regenerate trust.

TRUST is the most expensive currency teams, organizations, and societies need to tap into their collective potential and operate optimally. Let me tell you one simple truth many of us may not pay closer attention to. Most of us believe, rightfully, that we’re trustworthy and have the best interests of others in our hearts. And therefore, we expect, consciously or unconsciously, others to earn our trust. As a result, generating trust is delayed- Someone waiting for another to earn their trust. A vicious circle!
