Here is a paradox: Whether one attempts to SURVIVE or THRIVE, they most probably need to spend the same amount of time, energy, resources, attention, focus, and dedication.

Both SURVIVAL and AFFULENCE will for sure worry and stress them out…

SURVIVAL isn’t a FREE ride. It may even cost more…

The tragedy is that many opt, instinctively and by default, SURVIVAL.

Many pursue easy goals targeting survival rather than having audacious goals, lifting their own bar high, standing for a worthy cause, and aiming at thriving.

What a waste of potential and opportunity!

It is high time to review our goals and see if they are REALISTIC and, at the same time, hard enough.

It’s time to recalibrate the height of our bar.

Let’s aim high enough as individuals, teams, organizations, communities, and as a human race to overcome our common challenges and tap into our collective potential to maximize the opportunities the 21st C presents. Are you in?
