19 Mar Cohort Vs Stand Alone Leadership Programs
Today marks the final day of this cohort – and what a journey it has been.
Cohort-based programs are fundamentally different from stand-alone workshops.
In a cohort, you don’t just deliver content.
You build relationships.
You witness transformation.
You see participants grow – not just individually, but together.
There’s time to build trust.
Time for participants to challenge and support one another.
And most importantly, time to observe real progress unfolding in front of you.
In stand-alone workshops, you bring your best energy and insights.
But often, you don’t get to see what happens next.
The real impact – the behavioral shifts, the applied learning – may take weeks or months to fully materialize, and you’re no longer in the room to witness it.
That’s the power of a cohort.
And even though I couldn’t be there in person this time, we made it work.
Today’s graduation session was delivered in a hybrid format – and it went exceptionally well.
Grateful for this group, their commitment, and the growth they demonstrated over these past few days.
On to the next level.
