14 Feb Visited a Popular Upscale Restaurant in Albuquerque, NM (El Pinto)

One of the perks of being a learning professional traveling around the country is to reconnect with old friends, colleagues, clients, and meet new ones. You also get chances to visit new places.

When I was in Albuquerque, NM, this past week to facilitate a 3-day workshop, I reconnected in person with a friend of mine, who is a native of NM. We first met in 2016 in Kansas City when we both worked for the same training company.

He took me to an upscale and traditional restaurant called El Pinto.

As you can see from some of the photos, big names like Presidents Obama and Bush, many rock stars, and celebrities hung out in this beautiful restaurant.

We ordered meals, dessert, and red wine produced locally. It was a delicious dinner. I can’t wait to return. Unless another opportunity arises, I’m scheduled to visit Albuquerque next year in April.
