03 Jun My Trip to Alexandria VA to Participate in a Senior Leadership Program

You know you’re in love with what you do when you say yes to serve even if it is on a weekend or whether you’re on a vacation.

Yesterday, I participated in the graduation session of a senior leadership program at Embassy Suites located in Alexandria VA.

I was one of the coaches who were engaging with graduates in coaching conversations as they concluded this rewarding leadership development program.

From the chats I had with some of the participants, I could tell that they enjoyed the program. They were enthusiastic to share how they found it engaging, informative, and empowering to lead where they are now effectively, and how it has prepared them to take their leadership to the next level…
